Preheat the oven to 190 °C. We make a smooth dough from all the ingredients, wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.

After baking, let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes and then turn them out of the molds. If they do not turn out by themselves, gently tap the mold with a knife.
